My name is Carl Woods. I have been a police officer in Palm Beach County since 1987. I am a certified vehicle homicide investigator in the state of Florida, licensed private investigator and certified process server for Palm Beach County.

I have been working for law firms and private clients for the past twenty years and counting by serving process and conducting private investigations. The Chief Judge of Palm Beach County has appointed me to the Process Servers’ Review Board. In short, this is a panel of attorneys and process servers who oversee all of the process servers in Palm Beach County. We are responsible for reviewing all the complaints submitted to the Chief Judge’s attorney.

CW Services & Associates serves legal documents anywhere in the United States and Canada. We serve the entire state of Florida and based out of Palm Beach County, Florida. The owner of our company has been a police officer in the community since 1987, and member of the National Association of Process Servers since 1998.

Due to the mandatory e-filing system in the state of Florida, all original affidavits will be returned to our clients to be kept in their files as required by state law. All completed process will be emailed to your address of choice, followed up with a faxed copy of the affidavit and invoice.
