The Civil Process Division is responsible for the service and enforcement of all types of civil process within Hardee County. These judicial process documents originate from the courts, governmental agencies and private attorneys in Florida and throughout the United States and include:

The Civil Division also enforces levies and conducts Sheriff’s sales to aid in the collection of money judgments. Additionally, the Civil Division oversees the Bailiff/Court Security section and assists with special events, large court dockets, trials and personnel shortages.
