Court Process component’s responsibility is to serve court orders and other legal process documents to both agency personnel and members of the public at large. This section also supervises the Off-Duty Employment program, scheduling and controlling the employment of off-duty uniform deputies for public events.
Civil Process processes and serves Summonses, Subpoenas, Temporary Injunctions, Baker Acts, Marchman Acts, Notices, Tax Deeds, Evictions and Levies for Manatee County. Our phone number is 941-747-3011 ext 2242 or 2256.
