Our Team will prepare the information you supplied to the official court forms and have these notarized and copied for the court filings, We have these Served to the Tenants, waiting the number of days for the tenants reply and placing the back rent into the clerk fo court in some cases, if not at the end of the time we Default on the Tenant and ask the courts for the judgement for possession and for them to issue the Writ of Possession giving the property back to the Landlord.

3. Landlords are required to sign a document allowing us to act as you manager for us to conduct this on your behalf.
