Sarasota Process Servers, Inc. has been operating and serving the legal community since 1979. For over 39 years we have been working for law firms, process serving companies, individuals and government agencies.

Our servers cover Sarasota and Manatee counties including Venice, Osprey, North Port, Nokomis, Englewood, Longboat Key, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Ellenton, Palmetto, Myakka City and Anna Maria. We belong to both a Florida (FAPPS) and national association of process servers (NAPPS) and can handle having documents served anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.

Routine serves are attempted within 3 business days of receipt and we also offer Rush and Same Day service. We have flat fee rates with no additional costs for mileage or notarizing Affidavits of Service. Documents can be mailed to us, emailed or picked up from your local office.

We have trained and certified process servers covering the 12th Judicial Circuit of Florida. We can also handle having papers served anywhere in Florida and also nationwide by contacting one of our fellow process server associates through Florida Association of Professional Process Servers (FAPPS) and National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS).

Skip Traces

SPS offers Skip Trace services to locate a current address. We offer nationwide skip trace service.

Document Retrieval

SPS can retrieve copies of documents from the Sarasota and Manatee courthouses. We can also handle having an out of state subpoena issued by our local clerks.

Courier Service

SPS can handle any pickup and delivery of documents in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
