• Verify the name, date of birth and Social Security Number.
• A nationwide Fair Credit Reporting Act compliant background check is completed including a search of Department of Homeland Security and FBI terrorist watch list.
• A nationwide Department of Justice sexual predator, offender and pedophile  search.
• A search of civil and circuit court records in every county the applicant has lived for the past 7 years to determine if the applicant has been sued or non-payment, a “dead beat” parent or spouse, unpaid taxes, eviction or foreclosure record or other civil offense records.  In other words a real time evaluation of the applicants qualifications to rent from you.
• Employment verified.
• Current and prior landlords contacted
• References contacted.
• Credit standing.
