From service in Tallahassee Florida to Seattle Washington, we can handle any location you need service. In addition to service of process, our firm also specializes in Document Retrievals, Skip Tracing (person search), Court Filings, Service Litigation Support and Leon County Foreclosure Sales.Routine Service of process to any State Agency, corporation management office or other location which is served daily by Vause’s Process Service will normally be attempted or served the same day if we receive such work prior to 12:01PM. Process received after this time will be attempted the following day as routine service.

Routine Service of process to “Street Address” (residences or business locations outside of downtown Tallahassee) locations will normally be attempted within 48-72 hours and will continue to be attempted until service is effected. As attempts are made and any problems arise, your firm will be directly contacted by our server with status information.

Rush Service will be attempted within 24 hours upon receipt and continuous attempts will be given until service is effected. If a difficulty in service arises you will be contacted immediately.

Preparation of your return of service will be done within hours after service and sent out via regular mail after the documents have been prepared and signed. We can send out finalized work via Federal Express or other overnight means at the client request and expense. We do not hold returns of service in office to further expedite the process, and get you your affidavits as soon as possible.

Service of Process can vary by location and difficulty; therefore it is necessary for you to call or email us for a request for fees (see below if you would like to submit a request by email, otherwise call our office at: 850-656-2605).
