COLLIER COUNTY FL SHERIFF’S OFFICE

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office Civil Division is charged with the statutory responsibility of serving and returning judicial process and enforcing judgment orders that originate from the Supreme Courts, Circuit Courts, County Courts and Board of County Commissioners.

How to arrange for service:
The Civil Office is open from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday with the exception of recognized holidays and is located at 3319 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112-4901.

Fees for Service
The fees assessed for service of process are fixed by Florida Statute 30.231 and are non-refundable. Method of payment is cash, money order and checks, payable to “The Collier County Sheriff’s Office” or CCSO. Documents received for service that are not properly issued, have incorrect fees, or have an incorrect payee will be returned.
